Welcome to İngilizce Öğren. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the İngilizce Öğren iOS application and widgets (the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the App
The App helps you practice English vocabulary through daily words, widgets, reminders, pronunciation support, and learning tools. You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal, and educational purposes.
Subscriptions
The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple’s App Store. At launch, the planned options are a weekly subscription with a 3-day free trial and a yearly subscription with a 1-week free trial. Exact pricing, trial availability, billing period, and renewal terms are shown in the App Store purchase sheet before confirmation.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your Apple ID account settings. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account after confirmation of purchase.
Free Trials
If a free trial is offered, the trial converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. Trial eligibility may depend on Apple’s App Store rules and your previous subscription history.
Content and Accuracy
We aim to provide useful English vocabulary, translations, pronunciation support, and examples, but language content may contain mistakes or may not fit every context. You are responsible for deciding how to use what you learn.
Intellectual Property
The App, its design, features, vocabulary structures, branding, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the App except as allowed by law.
No Warranty
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every learning goal.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes to the App or Terms
We may update the App, add or remove features, change subscription offerings, or update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
